Lab Environment

In addition to the Ubuntu 16.04 VM, these labs also need an Android VM. We have customized an Android VM downloaded from the Android-x86 Open Source Project (we use Android x86 7.1 RC1).

  • User Manual for the Recovery OS: we have installed a recover OS on this VM, along with the Android OS. The recovery OS is only needed in the Device Rooting Lab.
